1. The Service
Trend Adventures ("we", "us") organises guided canyoning tours in Montenegro. These Terms apply to all bookings made through our website or directly with our team.
2. Bookings
Submitting a booking request is not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from us. We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request.
3. Payments
Pricing is quoted per person in euros (€). Payment terms will be communicated at the time of confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
4. Cancellations
- More than 21 days before: full refund or free rebooking
- 8–21 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before: no refund
- Cancelled by us (e.g. dangerous weather): full refund or free rebooking
Pregnant participants may cancel up to 21 days before the event without a cancellation fee, or transfer the booking to a third party, or rebook with no time limit.
5. Health & Safety Requirements
Canyoning is a physically demanding activity. Participants must:
- Be at least 10 years of age
- Be in reasonable physical health
- Disclose any relevant medical conditions, disabilities, or restrictions at the time of booking
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose health or behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.
6. Liability
Trend Adventures carries professional liability insurance. Participation is at the participant's own risk. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, or from a participant's failure to follow guide instructions or disclose relevant health information.
7. Equipment
All necessary canyoning equipment (wetsuit, harness, helmet) is provided. Participants are responsible for any wilful damage to equipment.
8. Photography
Photos or videos taken by our guides during tours may be shared on our social media channels. If you prefer not to be photographed please inform your guide before the tour.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro.
